COLLECTIBLE. This is a hardcover First Edition of Clive Cottingham Jr.’s well-known book on the Game of Billiards. The publisher in 1964 was J.B. Lippincott Company of Philadelphia and New York. With gold leaf printing on the front cover and spine, this book is a fine example of excellent design and workmanship. It predates ISBN numbers but has a Library of Congress Catalog Card Number of 64-2371. It is 7 x 9 inches in format and has 165 pages. It is in “very good” condition, with only mild wear on the cover points and a bit on the base of the spine. There is also a light and delicate pencil notation of price and initials on the top right of the first page. There is a wealth of historical and instructional content in this book! THIS IS THE ONLY ONE WE HAVE!
