How do I return an item?

Return Policy

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

Since are product line is almost entirely books and videos, we generally accept returns for exchange or refund only if the items are received damaged, are not as we described them, or are defective. In that case we accept returns for exchange or refund up to 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 15 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• within 15 calendar days of the delivery date

• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 15 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Again you MUST contact us within 15 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 15 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

ATTENTION: International Customers. Due to the difficulty and expense of international returns, make certain that the items you order are the ones you want to own as we will only grant a refund or replacement if the item or items are damaged during shipment. In that case, you are required to take photos of the damage the day your package arrives and to notify your delivering postal service of the damage. We will issue a refund only after we have received your photos and reimbursement from the insuring service. NOTE: We ship internationally via non-flat rate International Priority Mail which can be tracked and insured. If we have agreed, at your request, to ship via a less expensive method which can not be tracked and insured, you are assuming responsibility for any loss or damage in transit. All we will furnish, in that case, is proof of mailing and the customs number.
